Facilitating Meetings

We arrange for Annual General Meetings and Executive Committee meetings to be held at regular and appropriate times. This includes preparing and distributing papers, such as notice and minutes, as well as attending meetings where required. Meetings can be held at Bridge Strata premises, onsite at your property or other publicly accessible facilities.

Addressing Building and Maintenance Issues

Bridge Strata ensures that the communal areas of your property are kept in good order. We arrange quotes for any necessary building and maintenance and seek approval from your committee. While we have built up a trusted group of tradespeople for this work, you are also free to choose your own contractors.

Ensuring Healthy Finances for your Corporation/Association

We handle the management of your corporation’s budgets and funds, under direction of your committee, as well as issuing of levy notices and arrears management.

Many other administrative tasks, such as payment of invoices to contractors and preparation and issue of Section 119 Certificates.


This important aspect of strata living is taken care of by us via the handling of claims, obtaining property valuations, submitting quotes to the Executive Committee or Community Association and renewing insurances – with approval from those entities.
